Med- 1 physical security system is one of the strictest if not the most strict system in its field. The production site facilities (Data Centers) have been planned and built while emphasizing a wide range of threats and risks with emphasis on extensive physical survival of operational facilities.

For this reason, there is strict emphasis on security systems in the company's facilities.
Particular emphasis was placed on the physical - infrastructure survival of the internal facility infrastructure.

The facilities are protected by a massive shell of reinforced concrete (double envelope) and security systems (entry control and CCTV) as well as facility guard personnel at all times day and night.

The facility infrastructure array is located in a separate structure within the telecom facility itself. The system is also an underground structure within the building. As a result, it is also protected by the concrete shell of the underground building (double envelope) as well as the security systems (entry control and CCTV) , the security guards and staff of the facility at all times of the day.

The facility security system is characterized by the highest standards, both in terms of installed systems as well as customary security procedures which are used on site. The purpose of this security arrangement, both human and technological, is to address a variety of clients, and to address the security needs of the variety of the hosted clients.

This array consists of several security circles, external and internal, a total of eight security circles, and includes different levels of compartmentalization within the facility, between its various parts.

The team of security guards were meticulously selected after an assortment of extensive reliability tests. All Med- 1 staff consists of graduates of army command courses and combat units.

The facility security system is built in a manner in which each support system backs up the other in real time.

All doors and entrances are monitored by the entry control system, which includes proximity cards, biometric palm readers and filtering cells that provide maximum compartmentalization between the different parts of the facility, and within the arrival path of each visitor. In addition, all doors are also monitored by a protection system against breaking and entering which provides an extra level of warning. The facility is video taped around the clock by a closed circuit system, which includes viewing and recording of all external and internal aspects.
