BCP - Business Continuity – the service perception of Med- 1 is based on providing a comprehensive solution and more importantly, providing peace of mind to the customer.
Med-1 expanded the familiar DR concept, which focuses on data backup, and put the emphasis on the associated requirements.
The BCP solution holds that vital people in the organization should be able to return to routine work immediately even if the organization has experienced a disaster or a hazard that has disabled its central computing site.
Our solution enables the continued routine and proper work of people occupying vital positions in the daily company activities such as VP of Finance, Information System Managers, or other officials who are essential for the continuous performance of the company.
For the purpose of implementing this approach Med- 1 puts at your disposal the company's designated operations areas, emergency workstations (including infrastructure prepared for computer use), information storage tapes, telephony and alternative communications infrastructure, substitute offices, and operations support teams. All these and more are available to the customer.
These services allow the organization to continue its routine business and operations even in conditions which disable the computer rooms, offices and / or any other operations which constitute an important part of the ongoing business activity of the customer.
The nature of Med- 1's solution is tailor-made to the company's activities and is carried out on the Med- 1 Data Center.
