Our facilities are located in industrial areas in northern and central Israel, and span a total area of over 12,000 square meters
Our geographical distribution enables us to offer an optimal solution for resiliency, providing a response to threats or disasters at a radius of tens of kilometers.
These sites, which are the first of their kind in Israel, were installed in accordance with advanced international standards, and feature an outstanding level of comprehensiveness, including especially high-quality infrastructure systems:

The security measures in the facility are in effect 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our security system features the highest standards available, and is comprised of several internal and external security layers, as well as several levels of compartmentalization between the different areas in the facility. Access to the server rooms and client equipment is guarded by physical security measures as well as by a process ensuring unique authentication and authorization using different mechanisms, including magnetic cards, double doors, biometric identification systems, and a closed circuit television system.

Fire detection and extinguishing systems
Our fire detection system is based on an air sampling system located in clients' server rooms and racks. In the event that a fire is detected
, an FM200 gas-based extinguishing system is operated, which is backed up (in case of a failure in the gas system) by a "dry" (preaction) water system.
The doors and the building itself are built in accordance with standards designed to withstand 4 hours of fire.
Monitoring of the Facility
Our facility monitoring system allows us to monitor and control all the infrastructure systems throughout the facility (including electricity, air conditioning, fire detection and extinguishing, and others). Monitoring is performed 24 hours a day, using various sensors installed throughout the facility's infrastructure systems, enabling immediate detection of any malfunction.
