Operation and support services The service center operated by Med-1 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 365 days a year, enabling our clients to receive fully available service any day of the year, subject to the SLA established for the client.
Ongoing maintenance and operational services for the facilities and infrastructure array. Service for electricity, air conditioning, communication and telephone infrastructures, and for fire detection and extinguishing systems.
Security services The site is secured 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, by several layers of electronic and physical security. Several internal and external layers of security are in use, including security guards, cameras, magnetic cards, biometric identification systems, and more. Access to the complex is permitted only to individuals authorized by the company by means of a proximity tag and after successful identification using the biometric system at the monitoring point, in accordance with the building's highly stringent security requirements. The security layers in use can be expanded, at the client's request, and in full coordination with our security officer having the authority to approve additional security measures.
Connectivity services Our hosting building enables us to connect the equipment of each client hosted in the facility via MMR to their client site using Cross Connect technology.
Operability and reliability testing services The company's stringent policies, implemented in accordance with international data center standards and regulations, require performance of operability and reliability testing at the facilities several times a year.
