Med- 1 service center company is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and allows customers to receive full service availability throughout the year, subject to - set against the customer SLA. 

Ongoing maintenance and operation of infrastructure array structures
Electricity services, air conditioning services, communications infrastructure, telephone infrastructure, fire detection and extinguishing.

Security Services
The site is a secured site 24 hours 7 days a week, 365 days a year by a number of electronic and physical security perimeters. There are several external and internal security perimeters that include: security guards, cameras, magnetic cards, biometric identification systems, etc. Entrance to the complex is made possible only to authorized perssonnel through a proximity badge and an identification in the facility biometric system at the control center according to the strict security requirements of the facility. It is possible to extend the security, according to customer requirements and under full coordination with the company security officer who is authorized to grant additional security measures.

Connectivity Services
Med- 1 hosting area allows linking an MMR connection between the customer's equipment stored at the facility and the client site using Cross Connect.

Practice facilities and qualification test
Drills and qualification tests of the systems and the facilities are conducted several times a year under strict company procedures, and subject to orders and regulations of International Data Centers.
