Hosting of production sites
Over the years, Med-1 has developed a great deal of expertise with the comprehensive infrastructures required to build and operate production sites. Many organizations relocate or build in advance their production sites in one of our facilities, thereby increasing the resiliency of their computing systems, while also freeing up additional time and resources that were previously invested in maintaining server room infrastructures, and significantly reducing their routine operational and maintenance costs.
Hosting of backup (BR/DC) sites
Med-1 has a great deal of experience with building and hosting backup sites of different kinds and with providing comprehensive business continuity solutions. Our team of experts is able to provide comprehensive end-to-end solutions, from the planning and consulting stages through to actual implementation, including planning and building the server room and providing supplementary solutions. Our staff operates using methodologies and policies which have been proven to be effective and efficient in dozens of heterogeneous projects.
Business continuity solutions
As part of our solution, Med-1 provides an operational emergency system that is built in accordance with the client's requirements, including (among others) telephone and data infrastructures, network connections, and more. This system includes areas and / or workstations specifically designated for the client's use in the event of an emergency.
Our operating staff includes professionals in several different fields, including electrical and communication engineers, IT managers and operational specialists. This staff handles the activities involved in routine operations, and provides the client with a variety of services, including maintenance and operation services, support services and more. The security system installed in the facility was built in compliance with the highest standards, both in terms of the systems installed and in terms of the security policies in place. This system is comprised of several security layers, both internal and external, and also includes different levels of compartmentalization within the facility. The facilities are both physically and logically protected at the very highest levels available,
using a security system made up of several electronic and physical security layers. This system includes, among others, fixed and roaming guards, advanced protection systems, advanced security systems, proximity cards, closed-circuit television, and biometric authorization at critical points.
