The facilities of Med-1 currently serve as the main Internet exchange point linking Israel to the rest of the world.

 

The Company’s facilities hosts the systems of Israel's data transmission, Internet and
telephony providers.

 

The gateway of IIX is also installed at Med-1, enabling creation of a connection on demand for the clients hosted at the facility.

 

Med-1 offers a meet-me-room (MMR) which enables our clients to create direct connections, of any required bandwidth, and over any required infrastructure, to any of Israel's communication / cellular / Internet providers.

 

Each of our facilities includes several separate, designated communication tunnels, enabling the entrance of communication infrastructures for various providers, and to increase resiliency.
